Personal/Group Our Personal and Business Coaching program is designed for one person or a group of people.This program addresses specific personal or business objectives by focusing on what is happening to the present, discovering what your challenges or obstacles might be, and creating a course of action to achieve your goals effectively and successfully.
Business
Our clients are usually multinational companies, which are committed to improve the quality of their services, enhancing their personnel multicultural awareness and competency. We can either work with one individual person, or a group. We also work with their families, mainly dealing with relocation issues, helping them to adjust to a new culture.
Educational
We create programs specifically designed for schools, in which professionals, students and parents (if they want to participate in the project) will develop awareness, knowledge and skills to become multicultural competent. We believe that implementing multicultural programs at school in all levels is very important, so students will become more aware of their own culture, as well as the others and will develop a more respectful relationship with their peers. Students will also become more prepared to work in a multicultural environment in the future.
Language
We provide language training for companies, schools and the community. Our programs are designed, not only to teach a specific language, but also to help the students understand the culture in which the learning language is part of.
Community
Some of our programs are open to the community. We believe that it is important to give the opportunity to community members to participate in our programs if they are interested in multicultural issues. Churches, City Halls, governmental organizations, etc., are some of our clients.
